I have ordered the embroidery machine on alibaba with elucky on the 24th of december 2021, only few days ago they said the machine was confirmed lost. Alibaba who was dealing with the problem reassure me that i will receive my money back in my account. Its now nearly one month that i have been waiting. I am really disappointed with Alibaba. I need my money back
