Refund negligence from Cruise they canceled
We paid in full cruise for our 30th Anniversary this November 28th from Rome. Over 30 days ago we received email our cruise was canceled due to delay from ship builders completion. That’s fine but certainly they would of known ahead of time to have refunds ready to go. Instead they waited ten days to give us options that worked for them. To get a refund we need to wait another 21 days. They new ahead of time yet we are still waiting for refund. Zero compensation zero understanding we trusted them for our 30th Anniversary celebration. Now we get zero response from out text. Ruined Anniversary that has taken 30 years to build and zero concern by them.
