Refund my money Rs.599/-…I didn’t get any products

I have ordered on 25/06/2020 before club factory app banned issue...onetimes shopping embroidered cotton with payal work dress material Rs.599/- back. Order No.886008**** I paid the money through online... still I didn't get the product OR didn't get my money back. I wanted to refund my money back as soon as possible sir....it was showing on refunding process,....for the past 12 months.
