Refund my debit card for

My name is Dana Lowe, I purchase a ticket at 11 am on 7/8/2021 today and your system said having trouble try again, so I canceled the ticket and it double-charged my debit account twice for $267.80. I am trying to contact someone to refund me for 267.80 back to my debit card.
