I need help with my over costed amount and for a refund for a ride I didn't take. Change of plans and the amount changed. Wouldn't let me change or add a different location. But still charged me for the ride. And I have more money to get another ride. So now I am walking and driver was not going to give me a ride. Not even 3 miles down the road. Told me to ride to my location or pay more for another ride. Cant cause no money left in my account to purchase another ride. I need $8.88 back please THANKS,!!
