Refund issued by airline – refund needed to be issued to me

The issue that I have experienced was: I have booked flights with budgetair (Are Lingus), but they were changed by the airline, The airline has now issued a refund, but the refund has gone to Budgetair. Can you please issue the refund back to me. booking number - BUK-1735****
