I have been going through this since 3/18/2019, my order number is 17951. I have sent many emails, the last response back to me was on 6/9/2019 stating that they were going to give me a full refund, within a week.well obviously I haven’t received that yet!!! I don’t have money to just throw away!! I want my refund ASAP!! Otherwise like I said before I will report you to the Better Business Bureau
