I have booked return tickets to my family from dammam to bengaluru on 6Nov2019 due covid 19 flights were cancelled and applied for refund . omanairways confirmed that they will refund the amount 6 NOV 2020 . one year after the original date of ticket issue . and i sent several reminders from Nov 2020 for refund and finaly i received reply on [protected] that my ticket issue date was 05NOv2020 and they will refund 05Nov2021. are they careless enough not to check the original date of issue which is 06NOV 2019 not NOV 2020 or they are just delaying not to refund .
