Not sure where my FIRST review/complaint is but, I just want to tell everyone that I had a 3rd piercing done about 2 months ago. She pierced my right ear crooked and my left ear spaced too far. I let the holes close up while writing Claire's Customer Service and that was about 1 week ago. Today, I got a call from them agreeing with me, (I sent pics) and they just have to call the store and let them know when I am coming in for a full refund!! (I sure HOPE it's the same person who pierced them!!) ANYway, all I need is the original receipt, earrings, and cleaning solution and I will get a full refund.
