Ordered a product on line from Kogan and I was disappointed in it when it arrived. I didn't change my mind (per ACCC) but the product was not fit for purpose as far as I was concerned. I then requested Kogan to refund the purchase price but I have instead, received a store credit which is of no use to me at all. I have tried to contact "someone" but all their site seems to do, is move you from one tick box to another until you get completed fed up with the system. I'm never going to use the credit and I want my money back. To top this off, I have been charged, direct from my credit card, and amount of $11.00 for Kogan First whatever that is. Talk about a rip off!!! Not happy Jan
