Refund for the Returned item not recieved

I did not like the item from my order B252****, SKU25601F3982ED. Folowing the instruction I've got from the Customer Service Team, the item was send back on 01.04.2019. Since then I was in contact with different members of your Custumer Service team and was ask from them again and again for the track. number. I have to give them the address I send the item back. To at least 4 people from the Customer Service Team I had to repeat the details. Finaly on 07.06 I got email from Julia ( Customer Service Team), that they found the package and the refund from 20.02 Euro I will have in two weeks. Nothing came. Trying to contact you on service@***.com I recieve from Mailor-Daemon the answer'' the host or domain name not found'' Will I have my many back or I will have to take radical mesures in relation to Fashionmia,com
