refund for my ticket booked online

I paid (1361.22 USD) a round trip ticket for two (2) from Abu Dhabi to Manila last October 10, 2017 at 11:05 pm. Booking # [protected]. According to their promotion, we can avail a cheap ticket, but we found out later that another payment had to be made with a grand total more expensive compared to the regular price from the Gulf Air company itself. With this we immediately decided to have our money back (refund) just few minutes we paid through my Master Credit Card. Ms. Jury Gomez emailed back to us (Jury. [protected]@flightsticketcorp.com) and called us to reconsider our decision, but our decision is final and we want our refund. After so many calls and exchanged emails, Ms. Jury emailed last October 17, 2017 and promise that "the refund is under processed and we can receive the money back after 60 days". It is already more than 60 days. Just recently (January 3, 2018) Ms. Jury is not responding to our follow-up email anymore. We are planning to bring this matter to the Australian Embassy here in Abu Dhabi and seek assistance to the Complain Board of United Arab Emirates. But prior to this we need also your advice first on how we can get our refund as soon as possible.
