Refund for flights cancelled due to covid

The trip was cancelled by TAP Portugal in April, the tickets were bought from Flighthub. TAP insists that Flighthub is to refund me in full. Flighthub refused to issue a refund and today their wonderful rep named Jenny simply hanged up on me. I called and emailed them multiple times to no avail. I've been trying to get my money back since April. In May one of their staff told me that I'd get a refund by mid-August. Today, on September 2, I was told that that was a "misinformation" and there was no time frame to process refunds. In my case, they simply refused to process it.
