i sent back most of my order to you because the items were dead or you had substituted unwanted trees for what I had ordered. it took several months to even get the order and i was told when i contacted you that it was normal when orders were done late! I had done my order in spring! I paid for return postage as well and I had a letter from your company stating that you were going to send a check for a little over 12 dollars for an almond tree that was no longer available and NEVER received that either. Since the order was returned, all of the strawberries died, they were not healthy looking to begin with and one more of the trees the 5 peach tree has died. I want a full refund! I have waited long enough. I also want refund for the shipping!
