Refund for COVID19 Cancellation

I had two vouchers for a show that was cancelled. I got a refund- minus a $350 service charge. Still eating for a response to the second voucher a week later. Scalpers are classic. They use your time to do their work and then screw you by making you pay exorbitant fees. User's recommendation: Don’t go there for tickets. Watch it on You Tube.
