Refund for cancelled show/venue do to covid 19

I purchased 6 tickets to the drag diva brunch at house of blues for Saturday March 21, 2020 through SecureBoxOffice. The show was cancelled do to Covid19 and has not been rescheduled. I have contacted them twice for a refund and they will not comply or refund the order. Order number #[protected] in the amount of $782.62. Both attempts for a refund were via live chat which I have saved. In addition I have tried to call their customer service line twice and was either disconnected or unable to reach a customer service agent. Tana Crowe
