Good morning, I joined LA Fitness back in January in Rock Hill, SC. I signed up for personal training for one year. In May, I found out that my work visa was not renewed and I had to leave the country for a couple of months. I stopped working on May 17th. On June 7th, I went to the gym to let them know I wanted to cancel both my membership for the gym and personal training because I was leaving and I did not have a job anymore. The next day I was charged for my personal training fee of $220. I talked to Darian and he told me they would refund the money. Every week since then I talked to him about it and he told me the refund was going to be processed soon. Today I called him again and he told me he talked to his boss and they said they could not process the refund for whatever reason. They stole my money because they charged me the day after I cancelled. They promised me a refund. And now they saying they cannot. I paid for a service I never received since I never had any personal training sessions at all since the cancellation. This is ridiculous and someone needs to something about this before I take action because they literally stole my money and lied to me. Amandine
