ER411201712511111 My hire was declined because I didn't have a credit card?i then asked whether I could get a refund. On two occasions I was told that my refund would be paid back in the coming days 1st by the two branch staff working on the day I was supposed to hire the vehicle then by the customer service department that I called the following week. The CS staff told me that my refund would get paid in the coming days. For your information, I work for the [removed] and this is a misconduct. If your staff don't know your terms and conditions you take the responsibility for this.
