Refund cancellation

Tried to call for a tuckets refund to Santa anita june 20th. The phone just keep transfering from house, car and medical insurance but not Eventbrite customer service. Hlombardo17@***l,com is my email. Tweo tickets tital $29. I want my money back. Cant go. Sick and 81. Help!!! User's recommendation: Dont use Eventbrite.
