Sept via your website and have had no reply. incident number: 2281742 I have been charged 37euros for refilling the car with fuel but I filled the tank at the station nearest the airport so why have I been charged? I have also tried to speak on the telephone abiut this but either your lines are busy or no one can help me. This unauthorised charge is not acceptable so please can you look into my indident?
