We refinanced our home with Lend America and the representative that they sent to my home for this guy named Vince did not submit all the paperwork, then sold the account to another company that is trying to foreclose on us because they don't have all the paperwork. As far as I am concerned both mortgage companies are scam artists. Lend America definitely and the ones who bought it because it was there job to make sure they had all the proper paperwork.
