Refi follow up

My only complaint is that, as one of your customers, no one followed up on your contact regarding doing a refi with you. I was contacted by Ryan, who said he believed you could give a better rate than I was offered by penny mac. I provided the information he requested on their offer. I've not heard a word from anyone from Carrington since. You could at least have informed me that you couldn't do better. Sincerely, Larry Johnson
