I have got multiple movies in my collection but have had so many issues with a number of them... I have recently had 3 out of a 4 movie series not work ("code is invalid") with countless emails of various things I need to verify before I can get the movies in my collection. First it was that I needed to show the receipt and movies before having then added to my collection which was fair enough. I had taken a photo of the 3 movies together along with the receipt (which they were all bought together). After sending them, I then got told that 'I' had given them the wrong flixster account email (as they just assumed it was the email I used to be contacted on). I then was only given one of the 3 movies. I then had to email again stating that only one of the three were added to the collection and needed the other two that I originally had send seperate emails about. I was then given another one of the movies but twice instead of the two remaining... This has gone on for several days and I am absolutely outraged with the lack of communication, skill and care Flixster have for their customers and have been employeees. As I mentioned earlier, this has happened with countless other movies and I am absolutely sick of dealing with this company.
