Our company had been Reddy Ice customers for over ten years. Our service was always poor including late deliveries. and difficulty connecting with a person by phone. They started charging us rental for the ice freezer after 10 years without any warning.. We have since found a different ice company that is friendly, dependable and easy to work with.
