Redbox refused to refund my daughter’s money for charges that were accrued when she had misplaced the rented DVD’s during a move.

My daughter rented 3 dvds from Redbox and was evicted during the pandemic because the landlord wanted to sell her house. During her move the DVDs were misplaced and not found until many days later. She was refused a refund of $60 even after talking to their customer service manager. She is a single mom, unemployed and has 2 children. Heartless company in my opinion. User's recommendation: Be aware they will take whatever money Redbox thinks they are due when you do return your rented DVD’s.
