Red velvet is my favorite cake, so naturally when I saw it was in a soft baked cookie with cream cheese chips on top I was Wayyy excited! They werent on my shopping list but I had to get them! I couldnt wait to get home and share with my homegirl cause we equally love red velvet, but after we bit in we werent so excited because of the frosting inside. We both agreed that the cookie was a GREAT idea but the frosting in the middle was a bit much. I definitely think you should KEEP making this delicious cookie but take out the extra cream in the inside and it would be perfect
