Red Tag Furniture- customer service is horrible.
I placed my furniture on layaway with Red Tag Furniture with their four month plan but paid it off in two months. Once I paid my furniture in full, including delivery, I was told that I they did not have all of my furniture and accessories in stock and that I would have to wait at least a week before I could have all of my items. Even though I paid for a full delivery, I was told that I would have to pick-up my remaining items myself once they were in stock and that the rest would be delivered. Once I had my furniture delivered, the delivery man said that I could have the rest of my stuff delivered once they were in since I paid for delivery... two weeks later, I receive a phone call from a store associate telling me that the remainder of my items were ready for pick-up and I told her that I wanted them delivered, as I was told by the delivery man... she said she would forward the message to the supervisor... I still have yet to receive another phone call from them... and it is now three weeks since I paid off my furniture... this store is unorganized, unprofessional, and irresponsible. I will never reutrn to their store, and will make it my mission to tell everyone who asks about them and how they treat their customers.
