I think it's time to file court papers Cause I never got my money back plus corporate never got back with me... I never received service that day cause the bathroom in the room was stopped up then they switched room then the bed in that room had blood all over it... I supposed to got a refund but nothing never came I called corporate office they looked on the computer and said the hotel never press refund. Then I called my bank and they said the same Im tired getting the run around.. Monday morning I will be filing charges
