Dear Sir or Madam! In 2015 my mother donate the Canadian Red Cross $ 5000.00 to help the refugees. The Air Canada also gave the bonus of triple Aeroplan point. In 2016 she phone to Canadian Red Cross asked for the reciept and has been told the reciept will be sent by mail to her, but it has never been sent. The 20th of april my mother phoned again and talked with a lady named Chanelle and has been told that is a matter of Air Canada and they will contact her by phone. She did not receive any call back. I am writing this Complaint letter on behalf of my mother that she would like to have a receipt of her donation from the Canadian Red Cross and does not want about the bonus point of Air Canada.
