When we booked 12 cabins with our Norweigen representative we thought we had group credits coming back, we found out our representative did not set up as a group and then lied and said our application was denied when an application was never submitted. We were also promised a couple of other things from the rep at the time of booking. We can never get a hold of the rep and he never calls us back. We still have 2 months to go before we sail. Had to go over the reps head to a supervisor to get any help. Norweigen is trying to still get us set up as a group. We shall see, not impressed at all with their representatives, never sure if they are telling the truth.
