I had the same bad experience with slow delivery and agree with most of the reviews. However, the product is amazing and I hate to say it after being pissed with the slow delivery and bad customer service"it's worth the wait". My advice to Crayon Case is to have better communication with your customer and give up dates on product. Customers may be on a time line and choose to use your product for the event.
