I purchased the above la-z-boy reclining love seat on 24/03/2013. I paid a lot of money for this and expected it to last a lifetime with the so called "lifetime warranty." I only use it occasionally to watch hockey. I have been using the right side, but decided to start using the left side so it would wear e venally. I sat done and there was a loud bang. I called the store and someone came out to check it and said the arm rest was broken. He said the warranty for repair did not cover the labor. I bought this furniture with the understanding that it would last a life time. I will never purchase any La-z-boy furniture ever ever again. How do I resolve this problem?
