So, you knowingly leave false instructions for sheltering patients to lure them out of safe environments so you can expose them to OTHER patients, only to make an appointment that COULD have been done on the phone in the first place. That requires them to return later and expose themselves and others to possible infection because you are too (busy, unconcerned, cheap, understaffed, ignorant - pick one) to change the message or have a staff member schedule an appointment. Instead, you choose Doublespeak.
