Recived the run around

Ordered 6 cams for 199.99 4/8/2021 I checked on it 5/25/2021 usps said it was mailed to NJ. I contacted them gave them my mail add they said they would send a new one. It made it to LR but is now on its way back to New orleans. I wonder if I will ever get them now. Or is this just a big scam? From now on if it dont come COD I wont buy it. buy it. User's recommendation: Only pay COD.
