Recitations of your phone menus are so garbled as to be unintelligible. Am reviewing this page to see if others are hearing them the same way.

Have made several calls to get information concerning my MINI-MED 630G's questionable performance. All options are so distorted as to be unintelligible. How can you help ME when your recorded messages cannot be understood? Is this the only kind of service one can now expect from Medtronic. Sounds like you have great opportunity for process improvement whereby one can get real help? User's recommendation: You may to write Medtronic unless you understand "garble" on the phone!
