Recieving my package

For the past week almost two weeks, UPS has had my package and is refusing to deliver it. I paid for delivery service not pick up service. The answer I keep getting is there are no drivers. So are you saying in a multi-billion company UPS has Zero drivers and even though I paid for shipping to my address? I have to pick up my package as suggested by your customer service agent. Due to lack of or in the representative words, there are no drivers to make delvieries. I need my package shipped immediately. Tacking number [protected]
