Recieved tickets morning of the show…

This was for a concert that was cancelled and rescheduled twice due to COVID. Third date, not convenient as we await the birth of our baby this week. Requested a rebate 3 months ago, so they could re-sell the tickets. Never responded to an email, and they couldn't answer the phones??? Must be a real rinky *** organization. Also found out I paid 3 times the face value plus a $38.08 service fee per ticket. User's recommendation: I will be sure to never use them again.
