Recieved dented posters- 3 times!

I ordered 2 posters from AllPosters.com. About a week later, they arrived; both in undamaged, triangular-shaped boxes. Upon opening said boxes, I found to my dismay that not one, but both posters had an enormous dent in them, as if someone had carefully rolled them, laid them on a table, and karate chopped them before sealing them up. Unrolled and hanging on the wall, both posters had a gigantic wave of creases going down the middle. I called to complain, and was met with surprisingly cooperative service. They promised an immidiate and free replacement of both posters. Another few days pass, and I found two more triangle prisim boxes on my doorstep. Once again however, the posters inside were severely dented. I was sent yet another set of replacements, only to find these dented as well. 4th time's the charm, I suppose, as the final shipment of posters were pristine. Kudos to AllPosters for having such great customer service via phone, but a note to anyone who buys posters online: be sure to specifically state with your order that you want them hand-rolled and processed.
