Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe von Klarna eine Letzte Mahnung erhalten ohne vorher eine Rechnung/Mahnung erhalten zu haben. Beim Durchlesen der Unterlagen habe ich gesehen dass es sich um Versandkosten handelt. Warum stellen sie mir Versandkosten in Rechnung? mit freundlichen Grüßen Christa Häder
