I got through to Aldi for my auncles recharge problem and the customer service agent was so understanding and helpful. She helped us resolve the problem within 10 minutes. I was very impressed. Thumbs up to her professionalism. Im sorry I didnt get her name. Please pass on our Thanks for all her help. Cheers Mary
