Recently we purchased a sectional couch from Royal Furniture Company in Memphis Tn. Since October 2020 we have been trying to get someone out to repair it. This is terrible service.

It is about bad service. Since Oct. 2020 we have been waiting on some kind of response which we have not received. This item was purchased from Royal Furniture Company, 7200 Winchester Street.
