Recently purchase a Captiver 4WD,had 3 Months now motor is seized

Purchase at 250,000 kilometers, had it for only 3 months. The motor has seized. Now Automax doe not honor their warranty. You people are very Dis-Honest. Wouldn't recommend you if you're the last company on earth.
