Recently called customer service about monthly shipments

I contacted customer service and asked that my monthly shipments be canceled. The representative spoke broken English, at best. (I could not find my account online, because I ordered off of the TV). Again, the customer service rep. did not speak good English! She kept trying to give discounts. When I finally canceled the recurring shipments, she explained to me that my BALANCE was 100 plus dollars (for receiving these "FREE" gifts last month. BEWARE! I wouldn't buy anything else from this company! User's recommendation: Buyer BEWARE!
