I recently ended a relationship with Merry Maid due to unsatisfactory services. Today was the first time I did a deep cleaning of my master bathroom and was appalled of the dirt and mold I found in my shower. I don't shower with my glasses on so did not see this before. I was unhappy with the service I was receiving almost from the beginning and had to have supervisors out on several occasions. I would not hire these people again or recommend them to ANYONE. Very disappointing. The cleaning done in the other rooms was sub-standard at best. Another big problem area was the kitchen. I felt that each time they came out they were doing the surface cleaning that I was able to do the weeks they did not come. What I stressed to them when first interviewed and again after each cleaning that I wanted the cleaning done that I was unable to do. They could not meet my expectations.
