Receiving computer generated responses to my request for authority to return & the return address.

Gearbest says in their computer generated responses that they have looked at my "ticket" & have resolved the problem. No Gearbest hasn't. My ticket has not been read(all information given) & I am waiting for * The authority to return a faulty product & * the address for me to send the product. HELP! DO NOT FOB ME OFF! Action please. User's recommendation: Don't expect action on "ticket"- disappointing.
