I gave my e-mail and received a letter along with a contract I signed from my last home. Sure enough I owed the debt. I thought the women would give it to me when I called back, but she didn't. She explained the situation and helped me with options and even reduced the amount owed. She stayed on the phone for 40+ minutes explaining and helping me repair my credit. i would not want her job and will approach things differently if this happens again! ask for proof if don't think you could save you time and money!
