Received same incorrect product twice before Walgreen corrected

Ordered 36 oz. container of detergent. Received incorrect kind of detergent ordered. Another order was placed and behold, received the same kind sent to me previously. Not only sent incorrect item ordered but detergent had leaked in box both times. Finally, a third Customer Service Agent made sure the correct item was delivered intact.
