I had some issues while trying to make the order and had to contact the chat help twice and telephone customer support once, all without any real help given. However, once I figured out the issue on my own, the order came quickly and was very nicely done. User's recommendation: If you aren't good at navigating complicated shopping cart issues on your own, you shouldn't depend on their customer support to be of much help. However, if you can figure it out, the product is very nice.
