Received non-working item, filed warranty over a month ago and still have not heard back from them

Bad enough they don't bother to test their products before they ship and it arrives non-functioning. Then when you contact them about it being damaged they just simply don't respond. Just shows how bad a company Skull Candy is from the quality of their products to their quality control and finally non-existent customer service/warranty. And no, the damage wasn't caused by the shipper. The box was fine, with no hint of damage. Everything inside LOOKED perfect, nothing disturbed. If it did get damaged by the shipper despite no signs of damage to the box then that just shows how poorly made the product is. Do not buy, if there is a problem then you are out of your money and stuck with worthless junk. Could not be worse. User's recommendation: Do not buy, if there is a problem they will simply ignore you and you will be out your money and stuck with worthless junk. Could not be worse.
