i received my new tomtom 500 on the 11th November 2020, i immediatley opened it and when i turned it on all i got was a blank white screen, i have charged the unit and its still the same. tomtom's service from this point has been shocking you cannot talk to anyone as everything is now online and they will only at best talk via email. i am returning my product as faulty and will never buy tomtom again moreover i will tell anyone that cares to listen the whole story so that they do not have the same issues with customer service poor poor poor
